Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring supplier selection, executing commodity strategies, and fostering supplier relationships to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technical (QCDT) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as supplier quality teams, project stakeholders, and global procurement teams), prepare and launch requests for quotations, and manage supplier performance – and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of setting up full supplier selection processes, but also support global supplier panel relationships.

We’ll look to you for:

• Setting up a full supplier selection process:

  • Preparing and launching requests for quotations with suppliers

  • Running standard negotiations and preparing business awards

  • Monitoring procurement project QCDT and legal project evolution

• Supporting commodity strategy and building supplier relationships:

  • Consolidating commodity needs and actively participating in commodity strategy development

  • Supporting supplier panel relationships, including managing performance and mitigating risks

  • Ensuring effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders to solve problems

• Performance measurements:

  • Savings P&L and Cost to Complete

  • Non-Conformities Event and On-Time Delivery

  • Panel situation supplier compliance status rate

• Business School degree or Master’s in Purchasing

• Experience or understanding of procurement processes in an international environment

• Fluency in English and French

• Knowledge of supplier management and negotiation techniques

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and analytical tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
