Could you be the full-time Train System Training Academy Manager Deputy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your tools and process support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raul Dancu (TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates. As part of a global team, you will be in touch with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Directly reporting to the TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, your main mission is to support the Train System academy manager on day to day topics inside our internal learning system and academy.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  •  
    • Update the training catalogue: modifications, competencies update, consistency verification between catalogue and playlists
    • Internal learning system (iLearn) update: add webinar sessions, create, maintain and update trainings and playlists
    • Propose new format to support knowledge sharing through the Engineering community
    • Follow-up with trainers on the training course creation, offering support, trainer pack update
    • Training course planification and publishing
    • Train System Academy newsletter redaction
    • Support for governance: yearly ceremony and monthly calls preparation
    • Create short videos for the community to show quick tips or descriptions (called NowYouKnow)
    • Analyze attendance to trainings and provide reports on the data and trend

Qualifications:

  •  
    • Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Business or Engineering
    • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with trainers and stakeholders
    • Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Video mounting / editing, Artificial Intelligence
    • Attention to details

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  •  
    • Good understanding of learning platforms and management
    • Excellent written and communication skills in English to interact with diverse teams and trainers
    • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, enabling autonomous work and efficient management of tasks and projects
    • Propose innovative communications means
