Could you be the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist with German we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for DACH region based in Cluj-Napoca and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You will be part of a global Talent Acquisition community and a highly valued member of the DACH Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate closely with the businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as HR leadership, to provide an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders while effectively managing the recruitment process.

 

This position combines strategic talent acquisition, partnering and project management skills to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment team and align talent acquisition practices with business objectives.  With excellent communication skills, you’ll easily build relationships across various levels of the organisation and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Conduct the recruitment process, interview and prepare short lists for local hiring managers for different type of roles across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Actively develop talent pools and pipelines for the DACH region, while implementing effective recruitment methodologies to enhance attraction and engagement.
  • Use data to drive decision making; utilises data analytics and recruitment market insights to inform strategic planning and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Have experience, create and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract diverse talents, ensuring a competitive edge in the talent market.
  • Have a long-term vision and maintains a forward-thinking perspective to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies that align with the business’s long-term goals.
  • Establishes effective collaborations and builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBP colleagues, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative recruitment environment.
  • Have excellent influencing skills to gain stakeholder buy-in for recruitment and talent-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Capable of handling difficult conversations with hiring managers and/or candidates with tact.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, in a complex environment
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure;
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient user of LinkedIn, and any other recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory for the role.
  • Education: University Degree level qualification.
