Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a dynamic, international environment. Join the TA team for the Product Line “Digital & integrated Systems” dedicated to the French and Belgium markets and work alongside passionate, motivated, and supportive teammates.
You'll play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent, ensuring we attract the best professionals to drive our business forward.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies, and provide high-quality recruitment solutions.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer negotiation
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and assessments, and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for technical or engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
