Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and bring your recruitment expertise into a dynamic, international environment. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work alongside passionate, motivated, and supportive teammates.

 

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across Europe, with a focus on sourcing and engaging top talent. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

 

You’ll specifically support recruitment activities.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

 

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination;

Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning;

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.);

Conducting interviews and assessments, and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers;

Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process;

Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events;

Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools;

Collaborating with other HR functions  to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

 

 

 

All about you

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field;

2+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for technical or engineering roles;

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Fluent in English and either Hungarian, Bulgarian or Greek (written and spoken);

Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset;

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
