Could you be the full-time Systematic Claims Program Leader in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement knowledge and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sinziana Prefac (Cluster Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.

 

You'll be involved in the implementation of a digitalization plan for the purchasing function. Your mission will be to support the Continuous Improvement Management team in the overhaul of their data management system on the global purchasing scope of Alstom Group.

 

In general, you’ll bring additional value to the Purchasing and Procurement professions which will allow them to increase their operational and financial performance.

 

Your mission will be to revamp end to end all charge back / systematic claims related activities by providing an accurate & detailed picture of the as-is, by defining the roadmap and by deploying it hand in hand with the involved functions, for more efficient processes & tools and for increase recovery.

You’ll also serve as a foundation for overall Supplier Contract execution activities by avoiding delays in AT reaction to supplier contractual deviations.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Partner closely with the functions involved in the process: notably Procurement (mostly regions), Quality, Warranty, Supply Chain, (Contract Management) to build revamped proposal (Process – R&R, tool, reporting /governance)
  • Conduct analyses to support proposal
  • Own the planning, implementation (including training of the Procurement function and awareness sessions cross functionally) and execution of the transformation journey
  • Ensure effective execution of the project plan, pro-actively identifying issues
  • Feedback on insights / deliverables /outcomes
  • Develop presentation material (to comm. roadmap, status, key activities, risk)
  • Run the governance/reporting of charge back / systematic claims results

  • Engineering or Business School Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good knowledge of Procurement
  • Fluent English with international mindset
