Could you be the full-time System CAD operator for Metro project in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a very challenging field. You’ll report to Djelloul and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.

 

You’ll be responsible for authoring models and producing CADs from the 2D Model, to describe discipline specific design intent for the project. You may work within the design integration at Project level or as support to wayside subsystems design

 

We’ll look to you for the following activities:

  • Read and analyze the installation drawing coming from the civil work partner.
  • Responsible for authoring CAD 2D models and producing CSDs from the 2D model or directly out context for design integration or wayside subsystem installation purpose Complete a civil work drawing.
  • Execute system specific Internal design coordination, CSD clash detection or volume clearance checking.
  • Follow instruction coming from the contract and the CAD manual.
  • Use the CDE environment related to project and to understand the CDE codification and processes.
  • Assist the wayside engineer in the check of the deliverables as part of the subsystem/system technical validation

  • Engineering university degree
  • CAD designer in Civil Works & electromechanical systems
  • Good experience in Civil Works, Mechanical and Electrical design
  • Deep knowledge of the software AutoCAD by Autodesk, Navisworks and Bentley in 2D.
  • Experience in interfaces with other systems, especially with concrete civil work.
  • In-depth working Knowledge of ProjectWise and Teams (CAD Interfaces, Synthesis Managers, coordinators and Design teams)
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Knowledge of railway Civil Works & systems, operating
  • Experience in Engineering / Technical functions including in Railway projects
