Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Reporting Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sorin Iovu (Cluster Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value oriented teammates.

You'll design and maintain the reporting suite in a manner that fulfils business needs and complies with legal/internal regulation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business such as Supply Chain Directors, Global Procurement Centre Leadership Team, Business Partners Community, Line Managers and Employees to ensure Supply Chain support & reporting data accuracy.

You’ll specifically keep a strong focus on system data quality, define and oversee system consistency checks, prioritize and coordinate data alignment with the site responsibilities, offer support and ensure high level of KPI knowledge & data convergence mechanisms.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensure the effective performance for Supply Chain globally
  • Supervise the day-to-day accuracy of the data provided by the sites
  • Ensure the achievement of service delivery requirements by focusing on Performance Management, Processes, Tools, Projects and Management of Business Relationship
  • Act as business partner to Supply Chain and GPC counterparts
  • Act as process specialist for all global initiatives or process deployments that involve Supply Chain topics
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement in relevant responsibilities using standard KPIs
  • Responsible to consolidate diverse information and KPIs to provide a consolidated view
  • Contribute to Procurement & Supply Chain activities and network, and across functions
  • Responsible for ensuring reporting data quality, conduct checks and implement actions to correct information together with sites, finance, SAP Key User
  • Ensure Supply Chain reporting on a weekly/ monthly/ need basis, while in close contact with the Supply Chain function, in order to address performance issues and action plans
  • Organize regular and ad-hoc calls to address discrepancies in reporting results

  • Degree level qualification;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience (task force/project based preferable);
  • Strong data crunching and data visualization skills, automation mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools;
  • Advanced MS EXCEL skills and previous experience in designing Excel based dashboards/balanced scorecards and automation tools;
  • Medium-Advanced knowledge of reporting design tools;
  • Very nice to have:
    • Basic-Medium programming skills & knowledge in scripting languages as VBA and/or SQL, Qlik Sense/Tableau/Power BI
    • Good knowledge of procurement/supply chain management processes (very nice to have);
    • Project Management skills;
