Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Method & Tools Expert in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Arabella Muresan (SC Method & Tools Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value-oriented teammates.

 

You'll drive the deployment (validate, implement and adopt) of new core tools and make sure that they are applied in the proper and efficient way within regions & sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business such as Supply Chain Directors, Global Procurement Centre Leadership Team, Quality & Finance to ensure sustainable support to sites (including technical training and key user skills developments).

 

You’ll also plan and conduct regular reports and reviews monitoring the adherence and reporting the performance (Key Performance Indicators) of the process and tools.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Be part of Core / standard processes validation and make them applicable in tools. (ERP, Ariba, Supply On, Fiori, New OTIF, etc.) with Central Cross team, Regions.
  • Animate Regional Business Process Experts (RBPE) / Key Users networks
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in cooperation with the IS&T team
  • Support mobilizations requests from Regions/Sites or other Alstom departments on the assigned tool
  • Improve tools based on regional and site requests (ensure continuous improvement)
  • Be able to assess site for Supply Chain topics (Material Planning golden rules, Procure to Pay, Collaboration etc.)
