We are looking for a passionate Supply Chain Method and Tools Transportation Expert to drive excellence, ensuring that our transportation systems remain efficient, sustainable, and future-ready. As part of a dedicated team, you will shape the processes that keep global mobility moving forward.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Drive change management and support the successful ramp-up of new IS implementations across the region, from gap analysis to deployment and stabilization;
• Partner with sites, Key Users and program teams to deliver training, coaching and effective roll-outs, ensuring strong adoption of systems and processes;
• Act as a key link between Key Users, regional teams and Global BPO, coordinating process issues, change requests and continuous improvement opportunities;
• Build and strengthen the Key User network, supporting competency development, knowledge sharing and consistent process application across sites;
• Monitor system usage, incidents, defects and process performance, helping identify solutions, define corrective actions and ensure their effective closure;
• Consolidate and analyze performance indicators and process maturity data to identify improvement opportunities and support action plans;
• Promote process consistency and sustainability across the region by sharing best practices and proposing process enhancements based on site feedback and operational expertise.

You'll work at the intersection of people, processes and technology, helping teams adopt new ways of working while ensuring sustainable, consistent and effective use of our system.

What You Bring

•  5+ years of experience in operations, ideally within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment;
• 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience and a solid understanding of how SAP supports end-to-end business processes;
• Good knowledge of areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Material Management, Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution, and Quality Management;
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and confidence in making decisions;
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset;
• Clear communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with users and cross-functional stakeholders.
