Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Method & Tools Transportation Expert in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sorin Iovu (Cluster Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value-oriented teammates.

You'll drive the deployment (validate, implement and adopt) of new core tools and make sure that they are applied in the proper and efficient way within regions & sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business such as Supply Chain Directors, Global Procurement Centre Leadership Team, Quality & Finance to ensure sustainable support to sites (including technical training and key user skills developments).

You’ll also plan and conduct regular reports and reviews monitoring the adherence and reporting the performance (Key Performance Indicators) of the process and tools.

Expert is the métier referee for the Global and Regions; supports new IS implementation and validates closure of implementation; communicates and ensures the process model is applied in his corresponding métier in the allocated areas; ensures GSI usability in all the deployed entities in the allocated areas:

• Be part of Core / standard processes validation and make them applicable in tools. (ERP, TMS, etc.) with Central Cross team, Regions.
• Animate Experts / Key Users networks
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in cooperation with the IS&T team
• Support mobilizations requests from Regions/Sites or other Alstom departments on the assigned tool
• Improve tools based on regional and site requests (ensure continuous improvement)
• Be able to assess site for Supply Chain topics (Material Planning golden rules, Procure to Pay, Collaboration etc.)

We’ll look to you for:

Change management ramp-up and network:

• Experts submits the gap analysis to Global BPO before new IS implementations
• During implementations Experts helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by Program), coaching KU & Roll-outs.
• Experts monitors incidents & defects raised by the sites (Key Users). They can propose workarounds. They validate the solution proposed by program and its implementation. He (she) is the entry point for issues raised, for issues characterization & supervise the problem solving with the IS referee

System and process sustainability:

• Validates training guides for the Region
• Creates, sustain & develop Key Users networks.
• Ensure process consistency with others Experts
• Puts in place and manages usage control ensuring that end-users are well using the system, by assessment performed.
• The Expert is also the bridge between the Key Users and the GSI Support / Run team
• The Experts analyses the needs from the KU and if agreed submits the change requests to central BPO
• The Expert are the firsts entry points for key users & department heads concerning the processes related to their métier in the related Region
• The Expert proposes process upgrades to Global BPO coming from his expertise or other workshops with regional teams IS referees and other Experts.
• The Expert assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with Central).
• The Experts can extract, they consolidates & analyses indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics & PKI) in order to share it and build appropriate action plan

Measurement:

• Regular update of the PKIs and the process maturity matrix
• Follow up and closing the action plan
• Appreciation from site management for GSI usage
• Quick response to process issues from sites
• Providing solutions within GSI for localized processes

• Minimum 5 years experienced person, with a sound knowledge and experience in operations and hands on experience in SAP is highly preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP and fundamental SAP understanding of the below metiers
