Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement knowledge and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sinziana Prefac (Cluster Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.

You'll interact with all Quality functions to deliver the governance and performance management of Supplier Quality Activities.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Building the Supplier Quality SharePoint Priority Lists and manage the different libraries, accesses, and interfaces for quality activities
  • Conducting and managing the Supplier onboarding to our Supplier Quality Portal tool and ensure the profile management of Suppliers within the tool
  • Developing and deploying - Supplier Quality tools for performance monitoring and sharing of good practices
  • Ensuring the BI support and Qlik visualization data for delivery and tracking of red points of on/off-cycle Supplier Quality activities

  • Graduated from University
  • Relevant experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI - Solid experience working with BI systems (building queries, importing / extracting / processing data)
  • Previous experience with other BI Tools (Qlik Sense, Power Apps, etc.) is an advantage
  • Previous experience in Quality is an advantage
  • Structured and organized
  • Attention to details, patience and ability to work with complex files, with many interdependencies
  • Flexibility in the rapid management of complex and varied information
  • Process oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Autonomous & Rigorous
  • Continuous improvement mindset and customer oriented
  • Ability to work transversally, with various teams/departments/levels of management
