Could you be the full-time Services Global LTSA Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Titus Ardevan (Domains Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated teams.

You'll be in charge of the LTSA (Long Term Services Agreement) deployment worldwide: training, opportunity, follow-up, performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business in procurement, supply chain, services product line, ensuring contracts (Services Agreements & Long-Term Services Agreement) are properly built, signed, stored and communicated. You’ll also lead LTSA action follow-up and KPIs.

 

We’ll look to you for:

LTSA FUNDAMENTALS 

  • Ensure training material, processes & templates are updated and available
  • Upgrade and maintain Global LTSA tracker and KPIs & Metrics to monitor progress
  • Communicate on any update and information about LTSA & Services Agreement topic

 

LTSA DEPLOYMENT

  • Identify opportunities with all stakeholders: Procurement Product Directors, Commodities, Regions
  • Coordinate demand management & CBOM deployment. Escalate any roadblocks to Demand Management team
  • Lead or support operationally on a specific scope based on commodity experience & knowledge
  • Animate the governance of Global LTSA tracker to follow-up actions, ensure lead time is reached, escalate any roadblocks
  • Liaise with Legal to ensure support when / where needed
  • Build and follow Services contract database
  • Analyze APSYS self-assessment & assessment results related to LTSA and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure KPIs are reached and reported: Nb LTSA signed, Services Contracts % in Nb & value

 

LTSA SUSTAINABILITY

  • Capture and propose any opportunities of progress, simplification, benchmark around LTSA management
  • Strengthen and harmonize process and tools to follow-up LTSA once signed: continuous improvement
  • Ensure APSYS roadmap integrates LTSA requirements at the right level

  • Degree level qualification
  • Ability to communicate at all levels / with all areas of management and understanding of cultural approach matters within industrial environment.
  • High level of Procurement / Supply Chain experience and competence.

  • Demonstratable experience of Procurement acumen, ie, proven cost reductions, make versus buy analysis
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
