Could you be the full-time SAP Ariba Regional Business Process Owner - AMECA in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Oana MATEI (Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.

 

Your mission will be to support the execution of the strategy, the standards, the goals for Procurement‘s tools and / or processes, the global Procurement digital transformation. Within the Procurement - Digital Transformation & Process Efficiency department, you’ll be involved in the implementation of a digitalization plan for the purchasing function.

 

Moreover, you will be direcly involved in the following activities:

 

Network and links:

  • With the central team (BPO, IS Referees) due to the expertise on metier & IS tool, solution upgrade, performances'  follow-up (Control tower...), documentation in local language;
  • With the KUs / Champions as operational actors of the SAP Ariba processes on their sites;
  • With the other stream RBPEs (GSI, Supply Chain, Finance) in the team to ensure the consistency of the interlinked processes and tools stream wise;
  • With the SAP Ariba project team (Business, IS&T, providers, BPO) for deployment;
  • With the SAP Ariba Run team (IS&T, providers, BPO) for continuous improvement and transformation concern;

 

Responsabilities:

1. Project deployment:

  • The RBPO submits the gap analysis to the  Global BPO before the new IS implementations;
  • The RBPO and BPO validate the proposed solution by program and support its implementation;
  • During implementation the RBPO helps the sites for developing training sessions (as defined by the program), coaching the KU/Champions & the Roll-outs;
  • In case of site specific process, the RBPO can propose workarounds aligned with RBPE, other stream and central corresponding BPOs;

 

2. System and process sustainability:

Animation/Contact:

  • The Regional Business Process Owners are the first entry points for KU/Champions & department heads concerning the processes related to their metier in the relevant region;
  • The Regional Business Process Owner creates, sustains and develops Key Users / Champions network

 

Process application:

  • He / She communicates and ensures that the process model is applied in his / her region according to the most suitable tool;
  • The Reguonal Business Process Owner ensures sites' alignment on targeted processes through extractions, consolidated indicators coming from sites (effectiveness matrix), in order to share and build their appropiate action plan;

 

Support & training

  • The Regional Business Process Owner assesses the KU / Champions' competencies for skills' matrix & the development management of the KU / Champions (linked with Central);
  • The Regional Business Process Owner validates training guides for the Region

 

Solution follow-up:

  • According to users' needs not being covered y the solution or not efficient, the RBPO could suggest process upgrades to central BPO coming out from his expertise;
  • They capture the benefits from the expected added-value from SAP Ariba

 

Measurement:

  • Regular update of the KPIs and the process maturity matrix;
  • Follow-up and closing the action plan;
  • Appreciation from the site management for Ariba SAP usage;
  • Quick response to process issues for the site;
  • Providing solutions within SAP Ariba for localized processes

  • Minimum 5 years' experienced person with a solid knowledge and relevant skills in the Procurement field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of using the Procurement solution tools, such as: SAP Ariba, ALTeS - Synertrade, eProcurement (ePASS, eBuy, Perfect buy), 
  • It would be nice to have a depth understanding of the following metiers: Procurement, Project Management, the MM module in GSI
  • Focus on the continouus improvement mindset and efficiency 
  • Capacity to train the Key-Users' community and asses their technical skills 
  • Operational leadership to be the voice of the Processes' Metier in his/her Region
  • Strong communication skills
