Could you be the full-time Regional Key User Procurement Tools in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your process training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raluca Todica (GPC Regional/Cluster Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.

 

Your mission will be to evaluate and ensure that all team members are properly trained on the respective procurement processes that you are responsible for. You will ensure the procurement process is aligned cross DACH Region.

 

You will be the first level of escalation to solve process issues including monitoring and taking the necessary corrective and preventive actions.

 

You will need to have process expertise and can answer the team’s questions in regard to the process.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Support the Team Leader in evaluating the team’s technical competencies based on his/ her own experience 
  • Support the Team Leader in identifying and managing the technical competencies requested by the job profile for the respective process
  • Develop and deploy learning activities for an efficient knowledge transfer
  • Ensure the training and process documentation is up to date for the tools used
  • Responsible of maintaining a process know how documentation accessible to all team members
  • Ensure the new team members are properly onboarded on all process topics 
  • Communicate new processes while ensuring training of the team when the case
  • Support the regional management in terms of tools adoptions
  • Monitor the tolls adoption KPIs and come up with actions plans
  • Responsible for internal process audits and closing the gaps through customized learning activities
  • Analyze all processes across regions/ countries and identify alignment opportunities
  • Ensure procurement process alignment and compliance, taking into consideration the exceptions
  • Perform SLA audits; support the Team Leader in identifying improvement opportunities when the SLA’s are not on target
  • Manage compliance with directives and legal policy

  • Degree in Business, Commercial or Technical Field
  • Relevant work experience as a Buyer with passion about tools
  • Procurement and Supply Chain knowledge
  • Practice in business processes, communication (written and oral presentation skills) and drawing interpretation knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge in Excel, SAP Systems (Material Manager module), other procurement tools is an advantage
  • Advanced level in English language is mandatory; German language is preferred.
