Could you be the full-time Regional Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Iulia Sumurducan (ECC Team Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive, and value-oriented teammates.

 

As the main interface of the Regional Supply Chain, the Regional Data Analyst will need to:

 

  • Ensure the accuracy for the data gathering from region, sites and extraction from system. Accurate consolidation & update of the Central Data Files (including all  required  sub-processes, reports; and bottom-up data capturing). 
  • Support the regional representative to coordinate regional activities related to the management of the global/regional demand. This includes cascading down to the sites the requests and communications from the Central Crisis Management Team (CCMT), ensuring requests are processed in due time, escalating risks and issues, contributing to the improvement of the crisis management process, participating and/or leading regional specific governance related to the critical suppliers as well as managing other activities depending on the priorities
  • Ensure sharing systems are in place to enable effective planning and info access. Manage and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Raise potential early warnings that needs appropriate escalation

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Secure and define the data structuration in order to provide right efficiency to the process
  • Compile and consolidate relevant data information coming from CCMT core team
  • Support of the regional allocation of the available quantities of critical component to the right sites and projects based on the criticality (e.g: Financial risk, manufacturing or delivery disruption)
  • Structure the data extracted from the ERPs systems in an Excel sheet (Regions instruct the sites to review and adjust the data, check the relevance and quality before providing it to CCMT)
  • Analyze the proposed allocation (Excel file) with the sites and projects teams
  • Provide the right alignment between CMMT process and the standard tools/application in use 
  • Provide the right level of support for CCMT Core team and CCMT Operations 
  • Ensure team members/site representatives are aware of actions and instructions to be followed

  • Degree level qualification;
  • Relevant experience in data analysis (task force/project based preferable)
  • Strong data crunching and data visualization skills, automation mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools;
  • Advanced MS EXCEL skills;
  • Good knowledge of supply chain management processes (production planning/industrial planning/SOP/material management);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Structured and organized;
  • Agile mind set;
  • Collaboration & communication skills;
  • Very nice to have: BI Tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Power Apps, etc);- SAP user
