Could you be the full-time Project Management Tool Key User in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Frederic Bonnet – OdyC Deployment Manager, and work alongside passionate teammates.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, continuously adapting to a growing environment, creating solid relationships  and much more.

 

You’ll specifically be involved in different activities:

  • Partner with the Project and Finance community from project initialization to closing;
  • Be a key player in the control of Alstom’s projects’ quality, cost and delay;
  • Support the project team in making decisions, reporting and communicating KPIs;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of tool processes and functionalities in Costing and Project control areas;
  • Drive change & deliver training for the end users.

 

In addition:

  • This great challenge is a unique opportunity to develop your transversal view on project management practices across several products lines and regions and to initiate your journey in the project or finance management function within Alstom;
  • This position will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to deploy a program in a matrix and international environment;

All about you

  • Degree or passion in Engineering, with 1 to 2 years in a similar role;
  • Experience or understanding of using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera or Planisware;
  • Highly interested in the transport and/or Railway industry;
  • You are a team player and have proven rigor in execution;
  • You are able to travel across the Europe Region (UK / Poland/Italy/Spain/ Nordics countries..);
  • You have great communication skills – English is must-have, and French is good to have but not required.
