Could you be the full-time Project Management Officer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Ofelia Sasu (Global Program Director), and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.
You’ll support our regional and global teams. In this role, you will coordinate strategic sponsorship processes, prepare high‑quality documentation, maintain key project governance tools, and ensure seamless communication across multiple categories and stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:
Strategic Planning & Governance Leadership:
- Lead the coordination and long‑term planning of Sponsorship and Pre‑Sponsoring Sessions, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities for the 12 categories in scope;
- Drive the governance framework by overseeing session calendars, follow‑up mechanisms, and cross‑functional action tracking;
- Shape and orchestrate the Regional Collaboration Forum, ensuring content quality and stakeholder readiness to support key program decisions.
Cross‑Functional Alignment & Strategic Stakeholder Engagement:
- Stakeholder mapping to support strategic Engagement;
- Act as a strategic liaison with Functional Leads, Regions, Clusters, and Sites/Countries to ensure consistent program progress and strategic alignment;
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between global, regional, and local stakeholders, ensuring transparency and decision‑making readiness;
- Influence cross‑functional teams by consolidating insights, providing structured updates, and ensuring governance discipline.
Executive‑Level Content & Decision Support:
- Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of presentations for Sponsorship Sessions across all categories, ensuring clarity, data accuracy, and strategic relevance;
- Deliver high‑quality Meeting Minutes that capture key decisions, risks, and actions to support leadership oversight;
- Ensure documentation and communication meet executive standards and support informed strategic decisions.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensure clear and timely communication across global, regional, and category teams.
- Act as central point of contact for project interface and ad‑hoc internal requests.
Operational Support:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for cross‑functional activities and category teams;
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, documentation standards, and collaboration tools.

- Degree level qualification;
- Previous experience in a project management role, possessing strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, management level presentations;
- Ability to consolidate information and drive alignment;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proven ability to work with global, regional, and cross functional teams in a complex organization;
- Confidence in interacting with executive stakeholders, functional leads, and regional teams;
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Advanced English proficiency.
