Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Responsible in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll ensure the integrity and accessibility of project documentation, driving efficiency and compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), manage the documentation lifecycle, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and monitoring complete project/program documentation, as well as executing documentation life cycle processes.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP)
  • Managing documentation management requirements from the Customer
  • Assigning references to documentation and controlling electronic file identification
  • Ensuring the formal homogeneity of documentation: templates, references, versions
  • Guaranteeing that rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by all team members
  • Validating documentation before submission to the Customer
  • Another responsibility: Adapting and implementing the documentation structure in accordance with standards


All about you

  • Degree in Information Management, Library Sciences, or related field
  • Experience or understanding of documentation management in a technical field
  • Knowledge of EDMS and other documentation management tools
  • Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies
  • A certification in project or information management is advantageous
  • Proven ability to work in a process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work with multi-site and international teams
