Could you be the full-time Project Assistant in Romania-Cluj we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll manage and implement documentation control activities in line with the rules set out in the Project Management Plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, External Stakeholders), oversee document control actions, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the Document Master List and ensuring all documentation complies with Alstom standards, but also coordinate project team actions regarding internal/external transmissions.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining, monitoring, and updating the Document Master List
  • Maintaining accurate records of all approved documents and drawings
  • Data entry into standard follow-up files for up-to-date information
  • Managing documentation control actions, including transmissions and archiving
  • Coordinating project team actions for submissions and transmissions
  • Providing KPIs and reports related to documentation control

  • University degree
  • Experience or understanding of documentation control
  • Knowledge of advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet
  • Familiarity with project management practices
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
