Could you be the full-time Product Cost Platform Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis skills and results orientation mindset expertise in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside dedicated, hard-working, and fun teammates.

 

You'll work as the interface between the ERPs of the company and the Product Cost Platform, responsible to deliver the right level of data accuracy and to constantly improve the end-to-end Product Cost Platform process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly engineering, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain).

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Build, optimize, maintain and control the Data treatment protocols necessary to extract, correct and format the data as required by the Product Cost Platform
  • Take in charge the interface with the ERPs teams to ensure the compliance of the data with the requirements
  • Take in charge the correction of the data and their segmentation according to the protocols as defined
  • Ensure the implementation of the data protocols into the IS&T systems as per investment plan defined
  • Raise, follow and validate the incidents related to your scope and ensure their resolution in a time frame in accordance with their criticalities
  • Support and manage the Data Cost Analysis related to your activities
  • Ensure through accessible KPIs the transparency of the performances of the PCP (Product Cost Platform) including its development, validation and data release planning
  • Embark the Alstom Costing community and the other métiers in the development and validation process to ensure their adhesion to the PCP, measure their satisfaction
  • Constantly find solutions to simplify the user interface and find always simplest ways for the users to access to the relevant data following the “less is more” principal

  • Degree level qualification (preferably Engineering: Industrial or Mechanical and/or Economics)
  • +3 years’ experience in Industry or other Companies with costing knowledge
  • Technical background and Industrial processes knowledge (preferably)
  • Railway products culture is appreciated
  • Technical skills to understand and challenge cost drivers
  • Fluency in English and/or French
  • Ability to work across sites/functions
  • Self-learning ability
  • Analytical & Critical Mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced MS EXCEL skills
