Could you be the full-time Procurement Process Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Oana MATEI (Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.
Your mission will be to:
- Define the strategy, the standards and the goals for Procurement’s tools and/or processes
- Ensure project and execution and deployment in line with Quality Costs Delay Technical (QCDT) objectives and with global Business Process Owner (BPO) roadmap
- Monitor and improve the global efficiency of the process and tools
- Support the global Procurement digital transformation
We’ll look to you for:
The Business Process specialist (BPS):
- Supports the translation of Business Need for the tools S2C / P2P
- Supports the BPO for UAT and training documentation
- Encourages simplification of way of working
- Accountable for the delivery on time
- Accountable for the tool improvement link to digital team
The Procurement BPS is the main counterpart for IS&T team for his scope. The Business Process Specialist:
- Supports new enhancements of his tools or digital platforms with the BPO
- Supports of the existing IT solution performances in the domain S2C / P2P
- Participates in continuous improvement for his process and tools perimeters
Solution improvement:
- Business understanding & knowledge on processes and tools of S2C / P2P scope
- Exposure to the Procurement organization (internally) and externally (suppliers) linked to S2C / P2P scope
- Learn about other functions (VCM BI, Power BI, SharePoint, SAP Buying, SNOW etc.)
- Support / Coordinate projects for the Procurement organization development
In charge of deployment and knowledge management for his scope:
- Build and deploy the relevant training approach to support change management and to ensure the maturity development of all his stakeholders
- Be a key partner for Regional BPO in front of Key User or Champions community to ensure proper usage of improvement
Performance measurements:
- APSYS Procurement Audits results
- Project and Initiative On-Time-Delivery
- Adoption & usage of KPIs

Mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of experience, with previous experience ideally with Information System, Information Technology or Digital Tools (P2P or S2C)
- Good knowledge of Procurement Métier and stakes
- Fluent English with international mindset
- Agile with data analytics and Business Intelligence concept
- Capacity to transmit and train others
- Focused on continuous improvement & efficiency
- Strong presentation and editorial skills
- Orientation towards internal customer satisfaction
- Driven – self motivated
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Must work well within a team environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with business and technical teams
Desirable
- Procurement and Supply chain education/trainings/certificates
- Knowledgeable of SAP ARIBA/SAP
