Could you be the full-time Procurement GSI SAP Key User in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your process training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raluca Todica (DACH Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.

 

Your mission will be to evaluate and ensure that all team members are properly trained on the respective procurement processes that you are responsible for. You will ensure the procurement process is aligned cross countries/regions (depending on the requirement) and the procurement team follows it.

 

You will be the first level of escalation to solve process issues and continually improve the process, including monitoring and taking the necessary corrective and preventive actions, as well as considering potential for automation or outsourcing of specific tasks or activities of the process.

 

You will need to have process expertise and can answer the team’s questions in regard to the process.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

Process training

  • Support the Team Leader in evaluating the team’s technical competencies based on his/ her own experience 
  • Support the Team Leader in identifying and managing the technical competencies requested by the job profile for the respective process
  • Analyze the working environment for identifying performance issues and propose learning opportunities for the team members
  • Develop and deploy learning activities for an efficient knowledge transfer
  • Ensure the training and process documentation is up to date
  • Responsible of maintaining a process know how documentation accessible to all team members
  • Ensure the new team members are properly onboarded on all process topics 
  • Support the Team Leader in evaluating the new team members’ work and ensure their performance, from a process point of view
  • Communicate new processes while ensuring training of the team when the case

 

Process Alignment/ Compliance

  • Ensure his/her knowledge on the process is always up to date 
  • Ensure consistent application of all relevant Procurement processes and tools 
  • Responsible for internal process audits and closing the gaps through customized learning activities
  • Analyze all processes across regions/ countries and identify alignment opportunities
  • Ensure procurement process alignment and compliance, taking into consideration the exceptions
  • Perform SLA audits; support the Team Leader in identifying improvement opportunities when the SLA’s are not on target
  • Create the framework and supervise the FTE sizing exercised done on the process
  • Manage compliance with directives and legal policy 
  • Ensure the processes to be transferred to GPC are in line with the transition process and standards
  • Provide support to the team in difficult situations or escalations
  • Support Operational Teams, respond to common queries 

 

Project management 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget 
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - 2 years of experience in Procurement with technical and operational expertise 

 

Process Improvement

  • Develop professionalism by learning proper business practices, Procurement manual/computerized procedures and processes affecting the procurement functions, and developing working knowledge of commodities and products
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities with the purpose of reducing cycle time and savings

  • Degree in Business, Commercial or Technical Field
  • Relevant work experience
  • Procurement knowledge
  • Practice in business processes, communication (written and oral presentation skills) and drawing interpretation knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge in SAP Systems (MM module)
  • Advanced level in English and German language is mandatory
