                                                                                      Could you be the full-time Procurement Communication PMO Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • In close collaboration with the Procurement Academy & Communication Manager, define, coordinate and deploy the Global Procurement Communication Strategy in alignment with Procurement priorities, business objectives and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a key communication interface between Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Regions, Domains, Product Lines and other relevant business stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communication initiatives aimed at strengthening community engagement and improving information sharing.
  • Manage key Procurement communication channels and ensure communication consistency, quality, timing and alignment.
  • Develop and coordinate communication plans supporting Procurement transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex Procurement and business topics into concise, clear and high-impact communication materials.
  • Prepare executive-level communication materials supporting senior management and Procurement leadership.
  • Support leadership communication and CPO communication activities, including interviews, presentations and key messages.
  • Coordinate Procurement Town Halls and other global communication moments.
  • Prepare and manage Procurement Quarterly Flash communications.
  • Develop Procurement Insights, interviews and other content aimed at increasing Procurement visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and continuously improve Procurement SharePoint and intranet communication channels.
  • Coordinate targeted global communications and Global Communication Governance Plans.
  • Contribute to the preparation, communication and promotion of major Procurement events, including Procurement Days, Supplier Days and other global initiatives.
  • Coordinate with event companies, suppliers and internal stakeholders when required.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks throughout the Procurement organization.
  • Benchmark communication practices across functions and identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Monitor communication performance through KPIs, stakeholder feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions based on communication performance and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure consistency of Procurement branding and messaging across communication channels and initiatives.
  • Support the organization in increasing Procurement visibility, influence and strategic positioning internally and externally.

  • Communication professional background with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting or in a similar strategic communication environment.
  • Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in communication strategy development and deployment.
  • Experience managing complex communication projects in an international environment.
  • Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience interacting with Procurement, Finance, Learning, HR, Legal, Operations, Quality and other transversal functions.
  • Previous experience supporting executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to transform complex information into clear, concise and impactful messages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business understanding.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior management and transversal stakeholders.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to work effectively within an international community.
  • Proactive, creative and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent English.
  • French would be considered a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint and digital communication tools.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and new digital solutions to improve communication effectiveness.
