Could you be the full-time Procurement Associate Services with German/English in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Country Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca, and work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll manage the Alstom’s portfolio of external suppliers for ensuring goods delivery at right time to ensure production continuity. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, logistics and project teams), anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of expressing delivery needs to suppliers, but also monitor Supplier's performances KPI's while putting in place corrective actions. 

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Create/modify/acknowledge PO, Scheduling agreements and chargeback tickets
  • Expedite PO deliveries according to contractual requirements for strategic suppliers and chargeback tickets
  • Unblock, release and solve parked invoices related issues
  • Analyze requests and retrieve documentation in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Run complex reports and perform data analysis
  • Support monitoring of supplier performance
  • Manage non-standard requests
  • Ensure that escalations and requests on hold are progressed.
  • Ensure effective communication and customer focused behavior
  • Take part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects
  • Deal with complex customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables
  • Share and apply best practices within GPC organization
  • Offer training for new joiners and refresher training whenever required, updating other Team Members when the process change is happening
  • Support the team members in approaching challenging situations

  • Business studies/ Commerce/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent degrees
  • Experience in a relevant position
  • Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal
  • Procurement experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise, good analytical skills, good communication skills
