Procurement  Analyst with Spanish

Your mission?


As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you will manage the required processes in our ERP systems/tools (in accordance to specific task allocation) in line with the global Procurement processes including Purchase Order (PO) placement/ modification/ acknowledgment, parked invoices, expediting, documentation retrieval, supplier performance monitoring, reports creation, and any other Procurement related activities.



More specifically your responsibilities are to:


  • Create/modify/acknowledge PO and Scheduling agreements
  • Expedite PO deliveries according to contractual requirements for strategic suppliers
  • Unblock, release and solve parked invoices related issues
  • Analyze requests and retrieve documentation in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Run complex reports and perform data analysis
  • Support monitoring of supplier performance
  • Manage non-standard requests
  • Ensure that escalations and requests on hold are progressed.
  • Ensure effective communication and customer focused behavior
  • Take part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects
  • Deal with complex customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables
  • Share and apply best practices within GPC (Global Procurement Center) organization



Your profile?


  • 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant position
  • Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal
  • Procurement experience an advantage, but not prerequisite
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business studies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Team work orientation
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
