Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Senior Analyst in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Mihaela Rosu (Procure to Pay Operations Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside friendly, supportive, smart teammates.

 

You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks.

 

You’ll specifically take care of delivering periodic AP activities, resolving daily AP complex exceptions and coordinate performance of Service Delivery teams (i.e. Focus teams) or be assigned to initiate improvement initiatives (e.g. process standardization, alignment & simplification).

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Perform coordination role for country/ies assigned and ensures the delivery of daily and periodic activities according to the SLA requirements;
  • Follow and measures the progress against the initial plan and takes corrective actions in case of deviations;
  • Prepare and communicates KPI reports towards the business partners;
  • Review process control reports in order to ensure appropriate corrective / preventive actions and progress on the actions;
  • Review root cause analyses and monitor on-time closure of Corrective and Preventive actions;
  • Organize and lead operational team meetings, internal reviews etc.;
  • Involved in day to day transaction execution in situations of absences, urgencies;
  • Actively contributes in development, integration and transfer of the processes and teams from the different Regions to GFC;
  • Actively drive standardization of processes in the country/countries;
  • Ensure the delivery of accurate information towards all stakeholders ;
  • Identifies and drives opportunities for improvement in functional area;
  • Maintain strong business relation with the country/countries assigned;
  • Acts as point of contact for the auditors;
  • Comply with the Accounts Payable policies and procedures;
  • Contribute to update procedures and ensuring .

  • Degree or passion in Accounting or Economic field;
  • 3 years of experience in an Accounting department of which at least 2 years in Accounts Payable;
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP system;
  • Intermediate skills in excel, power-point;
  • Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening;
  • Team playing skills;
  • Time management and prioritization;
  • Influencing skills;
  • Conflict management;
  • Continuous improvement mindset;
  • Solid understanding of accounting.
