Procure to Pay Operations Lead

Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Operations Lead in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Adriana Luca (Procure to Pay Senior Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside friendly, supportive, smart teammates.

You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks.

You’ll specifically take care of providing supervision to the team and be responsible for meeting/exceeding process objectives and KPIs as well as maintaining a motivated team and manage the performance of the team members.

We’ll look to you for:

• Plan and allocate daily/weekly/monthly deliverables to the team;
• Measure progress against plan and take corrective actions on deviations from plan;
• Meet/exceed the SLA requirements of timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing;
• Measure, analyze and report process KPIs and SLA compliance metrics on defined frequencies;
• Review process control reports to ensure appropriate corrective/preventive actions and progress on the actions;
• Review root cause analyses and monitor on-time closure of Corrective and Preventive actions;
• Organize and lead appropriate operational governances through team meetings, internal reviews etc.;
• Actively involve in development, integration and transfer of the processes from regions to GFC;
• Drive standardization of the Procure to Pay processes;
• Actively identify and drive continuous improvement efforts;
• Constantly Benchmark the operations with peers within the organization to improve performance;
• Identify levers and implement actions to enhance efficiency in all operational areas;
• Ensure the delivery of reliable and timely information to the units;
• Create, Retain and Develop a strong team with the necessary skills and expertise to ensure a high quality of service;
• Manage team performance by setting right objectives in a timely manner, giving timely feedback, assessment of team competencies, identification and timely execution of development needs;
• Maintain high level of motivation within the team;
• Maintain strong governance with the region(s) assigned;
• Build and maintain healthy rapport and trust with all up-stream and down-stream stake-holders to the Procure to Pay process in the regions(s).

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance;
• Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening, German would be a plus;
• 5-6 years of experience in accounting of which at least 2 years in a Procure to Pay department;
• 1-2 years experience of team leadership;
• Effective delegation;
• Continual improvement mindset;
• Deep understanding of accounting;
• Intermediate skills in accounting systems;
• Intermediate skills in excel, power-point;
• Exposure in automations, RPAs;
• Strong understanding of internal controls;
• Ability to build processes models;
• Capacity to continuously adapt to a changing environment by showing a pro-active and positive approach.
