Could you be the full-time Overhead Controller in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Tania Maties (Controlling Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature, and assertive teammates.
You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks with your creative ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local accounting and reporting managers, controlling organizations, various finance and business functions).
You’ll specifically take care of preparing the required financial information for the site functions (Procurement, Supply Chain) in scope, ensuring an accurate cost allocation and planning of the financials together with the Site Director/Reporting .& Budget Controller.
We'll look you for:
- Prepares Expense Summary packs at site level by BC, Subdvisions for Actuals, Forecast and Budget
- Performs over-under recovery analysis at site level for Supply Chain and Procurement functions
- Headcount management and Hours Analysis
- Prepares Cost related reports
- Analysis of Accruals creation and consumption for Procurement function
- Cost Controlling and reporting Workpackages related cost for Procurement and Supply Chain functions
- Analysis of Provisions creation and consumption for multiple functions at site level
- Review and analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in the monthly reporting
- Performs Monthly Headcount review with site directors and request changes
- Delivers monthly expense reports review
- Hard inventory review
- Workflow management
- Budget and Forecast cycles for the site functions in scope
- Control of manhour writing
- Month end closing including accruals management
- Audit
- Ad hoc requests
All about you

- 5+ years Experience in Finance/Accounting processes and systems
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong general business understanding and experience in complex multi-national organizations
- Previous experience in accounting roles(AP, AR, CM, Treasury, GL)
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities in handling senzitive topics with more senior roles
