Could you be the full-time Order to Cash Analyst in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Cristina Sampetrean (Order to Cash Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside professional and enthusiastic teammates.

You'll be responsible of order to cash daily activities overseeing the company bank transactions and applying your attention to details by respecting all audit requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (controlling, accounts payable, record to report), contributing to good relationship with the customers by timely delivering the invoicing process and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of effective performance of Accounts Receivable & Cash Management processes for the country/ies assigned.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the delivery of daily, weekly, and periodic activities to achieve SLAs and team KPIs;
  • Issuing and amending invoices manually and semiautomatically;
  • Monitoring bank statements and related interfaces;
  • Matching remittances to invoices;
  • Adjusting customer advances and retentions;
  • Performing inflow and outflow forecasting, as well as actual cash reporting;
  • Performing other adjustments (WHT, penalties);
  • Handling short and over payments;
  • Seeking additional information related to remittances;
  • Reviewing and clearing onaccount and suspense postings;
  • Reviewing subledger reconciliations;
  • Issuing customer ageing reports;
  • Clearing customer ledgers and maintaining ledger hygiene;
  • Transferring and writing off balances;
  • Performing process controls;
  • Publishing SLAs and other KPIs;
  • Being the guardian of SOPs in the daytoday execution of tasks by the team;
  • Being the guardian of process controls during task execution;
  • Driving rootcause analysis for all critical issues or errors reported, and closing corrective and preventive actions;
  • Maintaining SOPs to reflect accurate asis processes;
  • Training new hires in the process when needed;
  • Performing knowledge transfer during integration projects;
  • Driving standardization and process improvements;
  • Actively contributing to tools and systems deployment, enhancements, and automations;
  • Exercising business partnership by supporting decisionmaking through proactive delivery of information and insights.

  • Degree in Accounting or Economic field;
  • 1,5 - 3 years of experience in accounting;
  • Knowledge of Excel;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP tools;
  • Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening;
  • Team playing skills;
  • Capacity to continuously adapt to a changing environment by showing a pro-active and positive approach.
