Your future role as Logistic Manager in Cluj area
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Iulian, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll manage the stores and material flow, providing technical support to the supply chain in identifying supply chain issues, ensure parts & materials needed on site in a timely manner and optimal conditions in order to cover & follow right activities in Alstom warehouses.
We’ll look to you for:

Will receive direct or thru his direct reports employees materials and equipments (tools, vehicles…) deliveries and check their good condition, quantity and conformity with the orders

Establish & record damages reports if necessary in compliance with the Alstom Transport procedures;

Continuous improvement and performance monitoring within your area

Implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistic standards

Prepare delivery of these material and equipments to their correct allocation on site;

Ensure the good conditions of handling of the material during reception, at departure and storage of the received material;

Manage the delivery requests from the site works and check their conformity with schedule and progress, the materials/tools/devices requests need in project activities

Check the sufficient availability of material according to planning and works progress on site.

Collect, check and sign related Quality Records and manage non-conformities related to his activity

Ensure GSI accuracy and proper process

Organise the team under his authority and ensure that his team is efficient

Strategy in order to meet on time deliveries within budget and within a predefined scope

Ascertain applicable duties, coordinate with Supply Chain Team, customs/port/air-port for processing bill of entry/warehouse goods and freight forwarders/steamer/ container agents in order to ensure timely clearance of material
Minimum Qualifications:

University degree
-
Validated experience in Logistics and Warehousing activities min. 3 years
-
English knowledge: able to read, write and speak level
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP knowledge
-
Computer skills : Word, Excel, Outlook
