Could you be the full-time Logistic Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Iulian Cojocaru (Industrial & Supply Chain Manager), and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll manage the stores and material flow, providing technical support to the supply chain in identifying supply chain issues, ensure parts & materials needed on site in a timely manner and optimal conditions in order to cover & follow right activities in Alstom warehouses.
We’ll look to you for:
- Receiving materials and equipment (tools, vehicles, etc.) either directly or through your direct reports, and checking their condition, quantity, and conformity with the orders;
- Establishing and recording damage reports if necessary, in compliance with Alstom Transport procedures;
- Driving continuous improvement and monitoring performance within your area;
- Implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistics standards;
- Preparing the delivery of materials and equipment to their correct allocation on site;
- Ensuring proper handling conditions during reception, storage, and dispatch of materials;
- Managing delivery requests from site operations and verifying their alignment with the schedule and project progress, ensuring that material/tool/device needs are met;
- Checking the availability of materials in accordance with planning and site progress;
- Collecting, verifying, and signing related Quality Records, and managing non-conformities related to your activities;
- Ensuring GSI (Global Stock Inventory) accuracy and adherence to proper processes;
- Organizing and leading your team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Developing strategies to meet on-time deliveries within budget and scope;
- Coordinating with the Supply Chain Team, customs, ports/airports, and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of materials, including processing bills of entry and warehouse goods.

Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree;
- Validated experience in Logistics and Warehousing activities min. 3 years;
- English knowledge: able to read, write and speak level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP knowledge;
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
