We are looking for a passionate Learning Coordinator with French who thrives on enabling people to grow. In this professional role, you will ensure that every training initiative contributes to Alstom’s mission of sustainable mobility and operational excellence.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Coordinate and manage learning programs ensuring scalability across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Learning Specialists to align training needs with strategic goals.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy in training data management using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone or SuccessFactors.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through feedback loops and best practice documentation.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in French and English for effective communication across global teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze learning data and generate actionable insights using Excel or Power BI.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360.
