Could you be the full-time Learning Coordinator in Cluj-Napoca  we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll help ensure the seamless deployment of global training programs, making a meaningful impact on the professional growth of Alstom employees worldwide. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Site HR contacts, trainers, and finance teams), manage training schedules, and ensure the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS), and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating training logistics and maintaining accurate training records, but also support stakeholders with any training-related inquiries.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

 

  • Managing training requests and schedules aligned with business requirements

  • Deploying training needs via Individual Development Plans and ad-hoc requests

  • Overseeing the creation and management of courses and sessions in the LMS

  • Ensuring timely updates of training records and proofs (attendance sheets, certificates, etc.)

  • Coordinating with sourcing and finance teams for supplier-related topics

  • Providing guidance and support to participants, trainers, HR Business Partners, and line managers

  • Delivering training to local HR stakeholders on learning processes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., customer support, HR, or finance)

  • Previous experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to unexpected requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Fluency in French is required
