We are currently recruiting an Internal Control Specialist to be located in Cluj-Napoca (Romania)

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Magali Moulene (Internal Control Director), and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature, and assertive teammates.

 

You’ll be responsible for developing the internal control system and promoting and steering its implementation throughout Alstom.

 

If you want to be a key actor of the transformation of our internal control system and drive change within Alstom, this is your opportunity to take a new challenge and join our dynamic and multicultural team as Internal Control Specialist in the Internal Control Central Team based in Cluj.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Promote the Internal Control system transformation in Alstom in line with the global strategy defined at Group level;
  • Deliver timely on the Internal Control annual cycle with expected level of quality and support ad hoc related Internal Control activities;
  • Support the Internal Control Managers Region and Function for the preparation and execution of the yearly Internal Control campaign;
  • Design procedures for the independent testing performed by Regions and Functions ensuring consistency across the Group.;
  • Develop/Create training packs and animate training sessions to all stakeholders;
  • Seek and propose new solutions/way of working and dashboard;
  • Develop and maintain standard tools and dashboarding;
  • Maintain the Delegation of Authority matrix;
  • Develop and maintain the Internal Control SharePoint.

 

All about you

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • 2-5 years of solid experience in an auditing or accounting/controlling role or in BI department;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications;
  • Good understanding of Finance ERPs & Systems (SAP BFC (or another financial consolidation tool) is a plus) and Qlik product and IT appetite;
  • Operates independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;
  • Possesses strong organizational and prioritization skills, and can work individually;
  • Demonstrates critical attention to detail and deadlines, and self-motivated;
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment;
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge and direct experience in the field of audit or internal control.
