Could you be the full-time IBM DOORS Library Management Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your tools and process support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raul Dancu (TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates. As part of a global team, you will be in touch with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
Directly reporting to the TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, your main mission is follow up with certification and tender teams to identify the regulations, standards and norms, as well as customer documentation and internal specifications to be imported/updated in IBM DOORS tool.
We’ll look to you for:
- Collect original documents, convert them in word/excel to the right format and import them in IBM DOORS;
- Provide independent quality review to confirm no data loss;
- Perform identification and pre-allocation of requirements in the imported documents to standard RBS (Requirement Breakdown Structure);
- Scan projects and liaise with project teams to retrieve data (allocation, clarifications, validation);
- Communicate to all Alstom on status of library documents availability;
- Connect all standards, documentations, specifications to the Project Applicable Regulation & Standard List.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in literature, business or project coordination;
- Multi language (France / German /… would be a plus) as it is needed to review documents from all countries;
- Impeccable spelling;
- Experience with IBM Doors - would be a plus;
- Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PDF convertor;
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good understanding of standards, regulations, norms and how they are used in projects;
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English (French, German is a plus) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders as well as with the documents;
- Strong organizational skills enabling efficient management of tasks and projects;
- Strong rigor and commitment to high-quality work;
- Excellent attention to details (double emphasis: consistently thorough and precise);
- Ability to perform accurate and reliable quality checks;
- Skilled at identifying gaps, inconsistencies or misalignments between documents;
- Autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision;
- Focused on delivering first‑time‑right results;
- Ability to use AI (Copilot) to generate documentations and trainings.
