As the HR Performance Specialist at Alstom, you will be a vital member of our HR Performance & Efficiency team, playing a key role in enhancing our HR decision-making processes. Reporting to the HR Performance Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing HR data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in QlikSense, PowerBI, and coding skills. Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

 

 

Your main responsibilities include:

•           Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and performance metrics.

•           Supporting the HR strategy through timely delivery of people insights.

•           Supporting HR transformation projects through timely delivery of people insights.

•           Developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing dashboards using QlikSense and PowerBI to track key HR performance indicators.

•           Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes.

•           Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

•           Utilizing coding skills (Python, R, or similar) to automate data processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

•           Providing insights and recommendations to support HR strategies, talent management, and workforce planning.

•           Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytical processes.

•           Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.

 

Qualifications:

•           Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

•           Proven experience as an HR Performance Specialist, Process & Tools, HRIS analyst or similar role.

•           In-depth knowledge of QlikSense, and/or PowerBI.

•           Previous experience working in a SAP Successfactors ecosystem.

•           Strong excel and skills for data manipulation and analysis.

•           Coding skills (Python, R, SQL) are a plus.

•           Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•           Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with HR and cross-functional teams.

•           Ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful insights for decision-makers.

•           Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
