Your Role, Your Impact

• Ensure scalability of HR administrative processes by optimizing workflows and leveraging HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance across multiple regions.
• Maintain reliability in employee data management, ensuring adherence to GDPR and internal audit standards.
• Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and implementing process improvements using Lean methodologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and mentoring junior team members within the HR Shared Services environment.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday for data management and reporting.
• Strong command of French and English, enabling effective communication across international teams.
• Experience with process optimization tools or frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, labor law principles, and compliance standards.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
