Could you be the full-time Group FP&A Governance Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
The FP&A Governance Analyst ensures robust governance, compliance, and process efficiency across FP&A activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and system alignment. This role acts as a key point of coordination between central FP&A, regional teams, and system owners to maintain accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:
Reporting to the Group FP&A, you will participate in the various processes impacting both planning and reporting:
- Coordinate and maintain governance frameworks for FP&A processes, ensuring compliance with Group standards and best practices;
- Prepare and communicate monthly reporting instructions, consolidating inputs from key contacts and maintaining archives on SharePoint;
- Manage and update planning calendars for monthly, semester-end, and yearly processes, proposing scenarios and timelines for budget and forecast planning;
- Coordinate annual budget and forecast cycles, including preparation of instructions, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of kick-off sessions;
- Act as key liaison with Tools teams (Polaris, Teranga, QlikView) to ensure system alignment with planning processes and lead process improvement initiatives;
- Oversee central management reporting and provisions, including monthly postings, tax splits, audit duties, and uploads of financial results into planning tools;
- Validate and analyze Non-Operating Expenses/Income (NOE), acting as KPI owner for tracking and reporting across actuals, forecasts, and budgets;
- Lead P&L by origin analysis process and support PTI planning and impairment tests, coordinating with Group Tax and local entities to allocate provisions and review stress cases.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
- 5-7 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit;
- Prior FP&A, Reporting or Project Controlling experience is a plus;
- Experience in supporting various Management;
- English at working level is necessary;
- Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
- Reliable and accurate, with a strong sense of auto-control / consistency check;
- Agile, able to manage several topics at the same time, while delivering quality;
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work in an international environment;
- Problem solving attitude with bias for action and result oriented;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Strong team player and contributor.
