Could you be the full-time GSE Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement knowledge and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside data-driven, tool-oriented, and continuous improvement-focused teammates.

You'll contribute to delivering governance and performance management activities that support Global Supplier Excellence (GSE) on a global scale. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Regions, Domains, and Functions (such as Quality and Supply Chain), to ensure accurate data management and reporting, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing monthly reporting and procurement-related tasks, but also supporting the GSE team with various cross-functional activities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring transversal support for the GSE team in performing tasks across different pillars
  • Managing monthly reminders and ensuring the capture and timely consolidation of indicators on dashboards for Global Procurement Performance and Contract & Sourcing
  • Ensuring accurate input and output data in Qliksense and other internal databases, while coordinating changes with the GSE team and KPI owners
  • Liaising regularly with people from various teams to ensure complete and harmonized sharing of information (data, tools, and information management)
  • Managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the GSE Team in SAP Ariba Buying, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with procurement policies
  • Overseeing expense management (Concur), ensuring timely submission, validation, and compliance of employee expense reports

  • Graduated from university
  • Previous experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Attention to detail, patience, and ability to work with complex files
  • Flexibility in managing complex and varied information
  • Process-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
