Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your digitalization, reporting, and procurement performance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the relevant manager in Cluj-Napoca, and work alongside dynamic, analytical, and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a key role in supporting Global Supplier & Procurement Performance activities, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, performance reporting, governance support, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll specifically take care of leading and supporting digitalization initiatives within GS&PP, but also contribute to performance reporting, supplier performance monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.

We’ll look to you for:

• Leading Global Supplier & Procurement Performance (GS&PP) digitalization plan activities, including project management and development
• Driving supplier performance digitalization activities such as 360° Cockpit, Top Offenders, Watchlist, and Supplier Direct Access to Performance tools
• Supporting procurement performance digitalization activities, including KPIs Procurement Dashboard automation and historization, in collaboration with IS&T
• Contributing to the creation of strategic presentations, such as Delivery Plan for Procurement and CPO presentations on demand, and ensuring their digitalization for automatic updates
• Participating in the creation and update of instructions covering GS&PP activities
• Ensuring reliable and accurate reporting for governances under GS&PP responsibility
• Contributing to trainings and overall communication topics
• Promoting a continuous improvement approach across all initiatives and projects developed

Mandatory

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop insightful analyses, dashboards, and management presentations
• Advanced expertise in Qlik Sense and Power BI, including data modelling, visualization, reporting automation, and the use of AI-driven capabilities to support decision-making and business performance
• Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering functions and related processes
• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement activities

Competencies & Skills

• Fluency in English, combined with a global business perspective and the ability to collaborate effectively within international and cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to challenge existing practices constructively and drive change
• High level of autonomy, accountability, and decision-making capability in complex business environments
• Expertise in procurement-related processes and interfaces with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering functions
• Strong digital acumen, leveraging advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and AI tools to support business performance and decision-making
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, ensuring rigor, accuracy, and actionable insights
• Effective project leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results on time
