Could you be the full-time GSI and Ariba Buying Project Management Officer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Oana MATEI (Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.

 

Your mission will be to support the GSI and Ariba Buying BPOs in the following activities:

  • Deployment of GSI and Ariba Buying over all ALSTOM organization (project methodology and project organization),
  • GSI, SAP Ariba Buying and Orchestra implementation and localization (preparation, fit-gap analysis, data collection, user acceptance testing and business readiness activities),
  • Mobilization of the Local Project Teams to participate and support in GSI and Ariba deployment program (on-boarding of Sites and Key Users, active participation and proper involvement in all Roll Out activities),
  • Work closely with IS&T & external implementation partners to ensure that all material, training, documentation ready for communication/pre-studies for each country/site deployment are available and updated,
  • Work closely with all Procurement BPOs to help secure Core Model deployment:
    • Ensure alignment between local and global teams,
    • Organize and ensure information sharing between key users.
  • Coordinate the governance of Key Projects from the Digital Procurement team

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Monitor the deployment of GSI and SAP Ariba Buying globally and for each ALSTOM country/entity:
    • Participate actively in the governance model in interaction with each Local Project Team,
    • Monitor the Roll Out’s execution according to the agreed timeline,
    • Help securing the local Management Buy-In and Local Project Team mobilization (prepare ppt deck, manage invitations and deliver with the GSI and SAP Ariba Buying BPOs on-boarding sessions to Sites and Key Users),
    • Capture and consolidate all release achievements, issues, lessons learnt and next steps,
    • Build and deliver Report on regular basis about risk, issues and mitigations plan.

 

  • Work closely with IS&T to ensure all material, training, documentation are ready for communication/pre-studies for each country/site deployment are available and updated (based on Change Requests):
    • Build and maintain close relationship with Delivery team,
    • Coordinate preparation of material, training, documentation with the BPOs,
    • Ensure proper coordination is in place between integrators, GPCC and country project teams regarding data collection (including Catalogues/Contracts migration from Legacy tools).

 

  • Contribute to core model deployment and business transformation:
    • Help build KPIs and measuring target achievement for deployment and adoption,
    • Consolidate all relevant KPIs in a dedicated cockpit shared with GSI and SAP Ariba Buying BPOs
    • Prepare the handover to the GSI and SAP Ariba BPOs and their respective teams.



ORGANIZATION

The SAP Ariba Buying PMO is fully integrated into the SAP Ariba Core Team, into the Procurement Digital Transformation Department and interacts with the regional project teams involved in SAP Ariba roll-out in a matrix set-up.

She/He has to interact with: all procurement organizations (operational & transversal teams), IS&T, Digital Transformation Office, Learning, all BPOs in other métier such as Finance, Internal Control, Legal, …

Externally, the SAP Ariba Buying PMO is interacting with integrators and potentially the SAP Ariba Team.
