Could you be the full-time GSI SAP Key User in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Iuliana BADEA (GCC Site Director, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.
Your mission will be to evaluate and ensure that all team members are properly trained in the respective procurement processes that you are responsible for. You will ensure the procurement process is aligned across countries/regions (depending on the requirement) and the procurement team follows it.
You will be the first level of escalation to solve process issues and continually improve the process, including monitoring and taking the necessary corrective and preventive actions, as well as considering potential for automation or outsourcing of specific tasks or activities of the process.
You will need to have process expertise and can answer the team’s questions regarding the process.
We’ll look for you to:
Key roles and responsibilities
- Main interfaces to (regional) Business Process Owners / Experts & first point of contact to end users
- included in relevant communication
- part of dedicated KU community
- onboarding new users, supporting and guiding users in platform and process, raising defects & requests via SNOW, sharing updates within their end user scope
- report issues & expectations to Business Process Owners
- Promote platform / solution
Process Approach:
- Support the Team in evaluating the team’s technical competencies based on his/ her own experience
- Support the Team in identifying and managing the technical competencies requested by the job profile for the respective process
- Develop and deploy learning activities for efficient knowledge transfer
- Ensure the training and process documentation is up to date
- Responsible of maintaining a process know how documentation accessible to all team members
- Ensure the new team members are properly onboarded on all process topics
- Communicate new processes while ensuring training of the team when the case
Process Alignment/ Compliance:
- Ensure his/her knowledge on the process is always up to date
- Ensure consistent application of all relevant Procurement processes and tools
- Ensure the processes to be transferred to GCC are in line with the transition process and standards
- Provide support to the team in difficult situations or escalations
- Support Operational Teams, respond to common queries
Process Improvement:
- Develop professionalism by learning proper business practices, Procurement manual/computerized procedures and processes affecting the procurement functions, and developing working knowledge of commodities and products
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities with the purpose of reducing cycle time and savings

- Degree in Business, Commercial or Technical Field
- Relevant work experience
- Procurement knowledge
- Practice in business processes, communication (written and oral presentation skills) and drawing interpretation knowledge
- Solid working knowledge in GSI / SAP Systems
- Advanced level in English is mandatory
