Could you be the full-time Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Central&Eastern Europe (CEE) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to to the Cluster FPA Director, member of the Region Finance team, and work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.
You participate to financial data analysis and to the production of Budget & Reporting toward the Top Management of the Company.
We’ll look to you for:
· Monthly Actuals reporting package
· Top management presentation package (CBR, MBR)
· Backlog analysis incl. orders and margin on order intake
· Selling and Admin monitoring, incl. Cost base and FTE
· Identification of data correction requirements and coordination with relevant parties
· Non-Operating expenses analysis
· Top contracts Cash and Sales landing
· New tools deployment support in the region (e.g. Polaris)
· Reporting and analysis of data for Budget and Forecast purposes
· Ad hoc requests
All about you

· Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related)
· 5+ years Experience in Finance / Accounting processes and systems
· Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus
· Fluent in English
· Understanding and experience of general business understanding and complex multi-national organizations
· Previous experience in accounting roles (AP, AR, CM, Treasury, GL, CL)
· Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus
· Another European language would be a plus
· Advanced tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query)
· Strong critical thinking, problem solving
· Communication & Teamwork inside and outside GFC
· Excellent time management and organizational ability
· Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure
· Strong communication abilities in handling time sensitive topics together with more senior positions (Local / Group)
· Attention to Detail / Task Oriented Mindset
· Management of complex topics
