Could you be the full-time Europe Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Luminita Tanasa (Controlling and Group Functions Senior Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature and assertive teammates.
The role implies typical FP&A reporting activities on topics such as Backlog and Non-Operating Expenses coupled with 5202 REM box unit management of indirect spend for the region after which it will be recharged back into the EU region.
We’ll look to you for:
The REM box part implies A-Z activities for the unit such as:
- PO/SO recharges management;
- Journal entry pushdown;
- Cost base Actuals and Budget analysis and planning incl. Teranga management;
- Regional fees Actuals and Budget incl invoice issuance and follow-up;
- Purchase Order / Invoice / Good receipt tracking;
- FX impact management / hedging;
- Other miscelaneous activities (accruals, recharges, GSI, Polaris and other tools support).
All about you

- Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related);
- 6+ years Experience in Finance / Accounting processes and systems;
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Understanding and experience of general business understanding and complex multi-national organizations ;
- Previous controlling experience and autonomy;
- Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus;
- Another European language would be a plus;
- Advanced tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query);
- Excellent time management and organizational ability;
- Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure;
- Strong communication abilities in handling time sensitive topics together with more senior positions (Local/Group).
