Finance Automation and Quality Specialist

 

Your role:

The main objective of the role is to drive and execute automation of manual, transactional and repetitive processes and reports coming from relevant requests from Global Finance Center, Global and Corporate initiatives. This involves managing a complex matrix of relationships with internal customers, other Finance departments, other Finance SSC’s as well as other functional teams.

The role holder will contribute to the implementation of the culture on innovation and process improvement mindset, by leading automation projects through RPA and other tools/systems, as well as main driver of reporting enhancements within the Finance team.

 

Your high-level challenges:

  • Identify, drive and implement automation ideas and ensure replication between the 3 Finance SSC’s;
  • Assist in increasing process efficiencies through simple automation of relevant reports and processes in Finance Operations that are manual, transactional and repetitive;
  • Support in development and implementation of different tools & systems;
  • Conduct trainings on Advanced Excel and other MS Office Applications;
  • Collaborate and maintain good communication with Global RPA Team;
  • Take a lead role in KPI reporting and standardization of performance metrics across 3 centers;

 

Would love you to have:

  • Education: University degree, majoring in Business/Finance;
  • Experience in Finance processes and systems would be an advantage;
  • Clear case study and experience of operational efficiencies;
  • Experience in an automation project delivery would be a plus;
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications including VBA and Macros;
  • Project management and/or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus;
  • Experience with performance and KPI reporting, dashboard creation would be a plus.
