Could you be the full-time Field Project Quality Engineer in Cluj we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your operational and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Claudiu, the D&IS Site Quality Manager, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the project quality assurance and control plan is established and effectively implemented on the installation site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as installation teams, subcontractors, and project quality managers), guide subsystem installation teams, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of overseeing subsystem installation activities and ensuring compliance with quality standards, but also lead continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supervising subcontractors and participating in the control of critical points during subsystem installation activities.
  • Managing interfaces with customer representatives for the assigned subsystem scope.
  • Establishing and validating Quality Installation Control Plans and ensuring their proper application.
  • Ensuring all quality documents and records are up-to-date and properly controlled on-site.
  • Performing site quality inspections and participating in customer joint inspections.
  • Leading continuous improvement activities to reduce the costs of non-quality through problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, QRQC).
  • Providing quality awareness and training to installation teams as needed.
  • Supporting the PrQSM in driving the DfQ process and reporting quality KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.

All about you
