Could you be the full-time Engineering Community Management in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your tools and process support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raul Dancu (TSO GFS Senior Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven, tool-oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates. As part of a global team, you will be in touch with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
You’ll be the referent as global expert of the IBM DOORS and Alstom Requirements Management Process, assisting our engineering team in all global cross-functional groups. You’ll be at the forefront of end-user management and tool support.
We’ll look to you for:
- User Management: Provide IBM DOORS application users with the relevant access and support for end users. Host and support the Requirements Management/System Engineer/Sub-System Engineer key users community.
- Issue Monitoring and Analysis: Keep a vigilant watch on issues that could potentially impact team operations and projects, ensuring swift and effective action. Support and conduct in-depth analysis of quality performance results to address and resolve critical issues.
- Application Documentation and Training: Continuously improve existing documentations, maintain up-to-date documentation, and ensure user-friendly experiences.
- Tools training: Sustain trainings on the IBM DOORS tool to assure all new engineers will have the proper knowledge. Record and publish trainings and videos in our internal channels
- Communication with the community: Be a constant reminder of the good practices we follow in our Community and orient the users to the right point of contact
- Maintain communication channels: As the first point of contact to our community, proper communication and maintenance needs to be provided on multiple channels (Teams / Newsletter / FAQ / SharePoint)
- Community satisfaction: Constantly measure the community satisfaction and improve where satisfaction is low. Maintain consistency between all documents and training in order to uphold the standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Business or Engineering
- Relevant experience in engineering tools or a related field
- Demonstrated problem-solving initiatives
- Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Requirements Management tools, Artificial Intelligence
- Video editing and good presentation skills
- IBM DOORS - would be a plus
- Proactivity, take initiative, anticipate future needs and act in advance of situations
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good understanding of databases and how tools work and interact
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft software to create presentations and manage data
- Excellent communication skills in both English (French is a plus) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, enabling autonomous work and efficient management of tasks and projects
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability, with a collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
