Could you be the full-time ERP SAP BPO in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Arabella Muresan (SC Methods & Tools Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value-oriented teammates.

 

You will ensure GSI Core Model (ERP processes) is correctly used, according to processes & rules, configuration and data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, leading the data accuracy & configuration and providing training to end-users & newcomers for methodology, rules, processes and tools area.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Validating, implementing and adopting Core tools within regions & sites;
  • Encompassing cross-functional, end-to-end processes for the functions of Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Finance;
  • Participating in Core / standard processes validation and make them applicable in tools (ERP, Ariba, Fiori, New OTIF, etc.) with Central Cross team, Regions;
  • Driving the deployment of new core tools and make sure that they are applied in the proper and efficient way;
  • Providing sustainable support to sites (including technical trainings and key user skills developments);
  • Animating RBPE / Key Users networks;
  • Planning and conducting regular reports and reviews monitoring the adherence and reporting the performance (Key Performance Indicators) of the process and tools;
  • Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in cooperation with the IS&T team;
  • Supporting mobilizations requests from Regions/Sites or other Alstom departments on the assigned tool;
  • Improving tools based on regional and site requests;
  • Assessing site for Supply Chain topics (Material Planning golden rules, Procure to Pay, Collaboration etc.).

  • Degree in Business or Engineering with a Supply Chain orientation;
  • Advanced SAP knowledge;
  • Knowledge of the Alstom Global Single Instance (SAP ECC6) core model is a plus;
  • More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain information flow;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Initiative and a decision-making mindset;
  • Team spirit and very good business communication skills;
  • Strong ethics and high integrity;
  • Commitment to continual learning and professional development;
  • Availability to support sites outside France and travel outside Europe.
