Could you be the full-time Regional Finance Project Governance Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks with your creative ideas.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensure adequate financial review process is set for Medium criticality projects (Scheduling calendar; governance process meeting with FPMs + SOD issued for medium criticality projects;
  • Update project control tool PCWB for medium project and insure no/low are as well updated;
  • Monitore compliance with all governance and reporting rules & regulations in project;
  • Support validation of FPR (control & challenge the financial performance);
  • ROO consolidation support.

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Engineering field;
  • Solid finance experience (5+years )and understanding of complex multi-national organizations;
  • Knowledge of project/site controlling;
  • Familiarity with SAP;
  • Excel - excellent level;
  • Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening.
  • Leadership, able to challenge and convince, effective in communication;
  • Very good interpersonal skills;
  • Results oriented;
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment;
  • Synthesis and analytical mind;
  • Taking initiatives.
