we are looking for a Performance Governance Manager



Purpose of the job: 


Accountable on the Procurement Maturity roadmap of Commodity Domains, the Performance Governance Manager is:

  • Leader of the Performance management to support Procurement Directors in their Commodity Domains
  • Referee for Processes & Tools compliance (SPOT) for all procurement people in Domains  
  • Trainer for people on all enhancements & features to reach maturity & new usages
  • Process correspondent to prepare and review the audits


As a Performance Governance Manager, you will also:

  • Ensure Digital & Process transformation or tools are known and correctly applied in Domains
  • Create initiatives & simplifications and new process to improve the operational Way Of Working
  • Develop & improve Sourcing processes
  • Lead the Process Mining action plan



Your Challenges and responsibilities: 


  • Assist the Procurement leadership teams to increase the performance, reduce cost function and submit organizational improvements.
  • Support the Regional, Domains or Product Line procurement in delivering the performance. Based on KPIs availability lead the routines and implement appropriate data analysis or action plan.
  • Make sure that local Sourcing Performance needs are covered and addressed to the Business Process Owner or System Master Expert.
  • Contribute strongly to the Procurement Transformation & Efficiency simplification plan deploying common standard Way of Working (WoW)
  • Ensure that standard processes are known and applied in his area through regular communications, surveys and Return of Experience (REX) - In charge of new process deployment in his area, as well as standard management routines.
  • Contribute and lead the Change Management in Regions & Domains for topics related to Method & Tools.
  • Interact with the BPO & SME (i.e.: ASIP, SOL/ORCHESTRA, SAP GSI, ARIBA, ALTEs, Digital) whenever necessary.
  • Secure the monitoring of Action Plan and Problem Solving.
  • Formalize business requirements to the BPO relative to new needs.
  • Ensure the good level of usage of the Procurement tools.
  • Manage the actions plan required to improve the performance usage rate of the Procurement processes & tools.
  • Contribute and lead the change management following the Tools Project deployment.
  • Change Management lead in the Domains, Regions or Product Lines related to Methods, Tools and Processes new features, enhancements, or changes.
  • Involved in SMART audits in his area (preparation, self-assessments, can perform some audits as Certified Assessor)
  • Ensure local action plans are in place with a specific focus on major nonconformities closure.





  • Degree level qualification
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement process & tools
  • +5 years’ experience in procurement at regional or commodity level
  • experience in project management or continuous improvement process would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and convince
  • Solid change management skills
  • Resilient, pragmatic and solution oriented
  • Strong presentation and editorial skills
