Components Value Capture Performance Analyst

Your mission?
• In collaboration with Components Leadership and Components N-4 colleagues prepare the monthly Value Capture reports and presentation
• In collaboration with Components Leadership and Components N-4 colleagues prepare the monthly work package management including coordination of costs consolidation & reforecast
• Maintain in collaboration with all Functions, end-to-end KPI dashboards on Platform and Component Family level, and driving monthly high quality updates and mitigation plans
• Generally supporting the Leadership Team in daily work (compiling and collecting information, defining templates, creating, driving and timely closing dedicated special tasks) including on an ad-hoc basis
As part of the team and as assigned:
• Keep Performance dashboards up to date on monthly basis and deliver them at high quality and according defined timeline to the Components VP and direct reports, as well as Platforms Teams
• Support regular Leadership team reviews, track trends and actions, follow up on actions and manage timely closure of open items by responsible functions and people; Regular Follow-up on open items in Action Log, Business, Component Family, Functional
• Prepare and lead analyses, debriefs, deep dives and regular follow-ups. Summarize insights / conclusions and create and present recommendations
• Interface, communicate and align reporting requirements with the RSC Management Office(s)
• Develop and organize respective trainings, creation, update of training material
• Enable best practice transfer and lessons learned
More specifically your responsibilities are (to):
- Working with Components Leadership and Components N-4 colleagues, prepare the Value Capture monthly reporting
- Working with the different Compo Family RD Manager and Compo Family team to consolidate the R&D and Sustaining reports with expected support linked to CAPEX identification and consolidation
- Working with the different Compo Family RD Manager and Compo Family team to follow-up the expenses budget including monitoring and landing consolidation
- Provision of Monthly Financial Reports & KPIs
- Provision of Financial Data for Management Meetings (Program Approval Board, Program Review Boards, Platform Performance Reviews…)
- Support the Components leaders to effectively assess their governance needs and provide a successful mix of support and guidance
- Drive the reporting & governance process throughout the organization
- Leverage on and promote existing templates, processes and tools (e.g. SharePoint, PEM/PRM templates)
- Organize internal Components events and keep track of open actions (Components monthly management meeting, Components team building) by aligning with all stakeholders involved (Components leadership, Components Business Partners, site representative – site assistants and site MD)
- In line with Alstom Engagement objectives, collaborate with Component relevant Sites to deploy a governance and bring the key issues to our Senior Management, but also celebrate success
- Drive key behaviors (cultural transformation) and “You said we did” approach through quarterly Engagement governance, reporting and collaboration with all Supportive Functions
- Organize and support execution of management meetings to accelerate the implementation of assigned action plans
Your profile?
- Degree level qualification
- Experience of 5 years into Finance/Procurement Analyst roles
- Experience in dynamic multinational environment
- Understanding of financial reporting
- Well organized with capacity to synthetize clear presentations to the Top Management, Platforms teams
- Project management skills;
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels
- Capability to work with different teams all over the world
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with efficiency; Collaborative
- Ability to work in an independent and structured manner
